GDCE Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification

उम्मीदवारों के पास इस GDCE Notification No. RRC 2026-CR/GDCE/01/ के तहत पदों के लिए prescribed minimum educational qualifications होनी चाहिए। ये qualifications, Annexure ‘A’ के अनुसार, किसी recognized institution, university या board से application submit करने की last date तक प्राप्त की गई होनी चाहिए।

Candidates के पास application process की last date तक required educational qualifications होना जरूरी है, और इस fact को उनकी service sheet में भी properly record किया जाना चाहिए। जो candidates prescribed minimum educational qualification के लिए final exam results का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, उन्हें apply नहीं करना चाहिए।

GDCE Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

• Candidates को RRC/CR की official website www.rrccr.com पर दिए गए link के through केवल one online application submit करना होगा।
• Recruitment process में single stage Computer Based Test (CBT), एक qualifying test (जहाँ applicable हो) और document verification / medical test शामिल होंगे।
• Selection पूरी तरह merit basis पर होगा, जो ऊपर दिए गए stages के performance के आधार पर तय किया जाएगा।
• सभी activities—जैसे CBT, qualifying test, document verification, medical test या कोई भी other process—की date, time और venue RRC द्वारा decide किए जाएंगे और eligible candidates को time पर inform किया जाएगा।
• किसी भी situation में date, time या venue change करने या exam postpone करने की request accept नहीं की जाएगी।
• CBT में questions और उनके options केवल Hindi और English language में ही available होंगे।

GDCE Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions

2.0 Important Instructions – Online Registration & Application Submission

• 2.1 Candidate Central Railway का regular employee होना चाहिए; कोई minimum service condition required नहीं है।
• 2.2 जिन candidates ने Central Railway से resign कर दिया है या जिनकी service कहीं और transfer हो गई है, वे exam देने के लिए eligible नहीं होंगे।
• 2.3 Online application भरने से पहले, candidates को advise किया जाता है कि वे notification में दिए गए सभी instructions और information को carefully पढ़ लें।
• 2.4 Candidates को advise किया जाता है कि वे सिर्फ़ RRC/CR, Mumbai की official website देखें, और fake websites तथा job fraud करने वालों से सावधान रहें।
• 2.5 Candidates के पास अपना mobile number और एक valid, active personal email ID होनी चाहिए, जिसे उन्हें पूरे recruitment process के दौरान active रखना होगा, क्योंकि RRC recruitment से जुड़ी सारी information सिर्फ़ SMS और email के माध्यम से भेजेगा।
  RRC mobile number या email address में किसी भी change request को accept नहीं करेगा।
• 2.6 Application सिर्फ़ online mode में RRC/CR की official website www.rrccr.com के माध्यम से submit किए जाने हैं।
• 2.7 Candidates की eligibility सिर्फ़ online application में दी गई information के आधार पर तय की जाएगी। Application की hard copy, supporting documents या कोई अन्य copy RRC को post से भेजने की जरूरत नहीं है।
  अगर recruitment process के किसी भी stage पर या बाद में यह पाया जाता है कि candidate ने गलत जानकारी दी है, कोई important information छिपाई है, या eligibility criteria को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसका candidature तुरंत reject कर दिया जाएगा।
• 2.8 Last time rush से बचने के लिए candidates को advise किया जाता है कि वे अंतिम तिथि से पहले ही register करें और application submit करें। Last दिनों में heavy internet traffic या server load के कारण technical issues आ सकते हैं। यदि कोई candidate deadline के अंदर registration complete नहीं कर पाता है, तो RRC/CR responsible नहीं होगा।
  Uploaded documents prescribed format में होने चाहिए; wrong format या गलत documents upload करने से application reject हो सकता है।
• 2.9 Direct recruitment के लिए prescribed educational qualification वाले सभी regular employees, जो वर्तमान में उसी grade/pay scale में काम कर रहे हैं जिसके लिए GDCE हो रहा है, सभी categories में GDCE recruitment process में participate कर सकते हैं।
• 2.10 Direct recruitment qualification वाले सभी eligible employees non-safety से safety category posts और safety-to-safety category posts के लिए GDCE के तहत apply कर सकते हैं।
• 2.11 Candidates उस same post के लिए apply नहीं कर सकते जिस पर वे वर्तमान में काम कर रहे हैं।
• 2.12 Railway Board letter no. E (NG) I/2002/PM2/9 dated 11.08.2003 के अनुसार, RPF/RPSF personnel GDCE scheme के तहत apply करने के लिए eligible नहीं हैं।
• 2.13 Selection merit-cum-option basis पर होगा। Post allotment final होगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी appeal को consider नहीं किया जाएगा।
• 2.14 एक बार post preference select करने के बाद, उसे final माना जाएगा और किसी भी stage पर change allowed नहीं होगा।

3.0 Important Instructions – Examination Process

• किसी भी condition में absent रहने वाले candidates के लिए कोई supplementary exam (CBT, aptitude test, etc.) conduct नहीं किया जाएगा।
• 3.1 Misconduct: अगर कोई candidate exam/CBT के दौरान unfair means use करता हुआ, impersonation (किसी और को अपनी जगह बैठाना) या copying करते हुए पाया जाता है, तो उसे RRC और RRB द्वारा आयोजित सभी exams से lifetime के लिए debar कर दिया जाएगा। साथ ही departmental action और legal action भी लिया जा सकता है।
• 3.2 Prohibited Items: Mobile phone, Bluetooth device, pen drive, laptop, calculator, wrist watch, या कोई भी communication device जैसे electronic gadgets—साथ ही pen/pencil, wallet/purse, belt, shoes, jewellery—exam hall में ले जाना strictly prohibited है। नियमों का पालन न करने पर candidate को exam से immediately disqualify किया जा सकता है।
