IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024: Good news for the candidates preparing for the recruitment of Regional Rural Bank!! The official notification for filling the posts of Office Assistants, Officers Scale was released on 7th June 2024 by IBPS RRB. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started applications for recruitment to a total of 9995 posts of office assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale 2 (Manager) and Office Scale 3 (Senior Manager).

You can apply between 7 June to 27 June 2024. The selection process will be completed in three stages. First stage Preliminary Examination, Second Main Examination, Third Interview. The application process has been kept online on the website of IBPS @https://www.ibps.in/.

IBPS RRB Salary Structure

The monthly salary given to the candidates selected in Regional Rural Banks is as follows.

  • IBPS RRB Posts : IBPS RRB In-hand Salary
    • IBPS RRB Clerk : Rs. 15000 – Rs.20000
    • Officer Scale-I : Rs. 29,000 – Rs. 33,000
    • Officer Scale-II : Rs. 33,000 – Rs. 39,000
    • Officer Scale III : Rs. 38,000 – Rs. 44,000

IBPS RRB Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for IBPS recruitment have been asked to have experience certificate for some posts along with educational qualification.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;—–
ii. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
iii. Desirable: working knowledge of Computer.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
Information Technology Officer Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.One year (in the relevant field)
Chartered Accountant Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of of India. Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of of India.One Year as a Chartered Accountant.
Law Officer Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years

IBPS RRB Recruitment Age Limit

The age limit for recruitment to the posts of Officer Scale of Regional Rural Banks has been kept different for each post.

Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

  • Minimum Age : 18 Years
  • Maximum Age : 28 Years
  • Not born earlier than 02.06.1996 and later than 01.06.2006 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale I

  • Minimum Age : 18 Years
  • Maximum Age : 30 Years
  • Not born earlier than 03.06.1994 and later than 31.05.2006 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale II

  • Minimum Age : 21 Years
  • Maximum Age : 32 Years
  • Not born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive).

Officer Scale III

  • Minimum Age : 21 Years
  • Maximum Age : 40 Years
  • Not born earlier than 03.06.1984 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive).

Candidates applying for the recruitment of Regional Rural Bank of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will have to pay the application fee.
